Refunds & cancellation

First-payment refund

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Email mayanfei@maka.ai with your account email, order reference and request. You do not need to provide a reason to use this first-payment guarantee. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details.

Duplicate or incorrect charges, failed delivery and remedies required by law are handled separately. The first-payment guarantee is not a limit on mandatory rights, including any applicable rights concerning renewal payments.

Monthly renewal and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel through the subscription management control supplied with your purchase, or contact us at the email above. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Access remains available until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund an already paid period; the refund rules above and applicable law still apply.

Allowance and work already created

Monthly allowances reset each billing month and do not roll over. Failed tasks and repeated downloads do not consume another pack. We do not automatically charge for overages. After cancellation, keep copies of your exported files; we do not make renewal a condition for retrieving existing work or promise indefinite hosting.

How refunds are handled

We review requests and arrange approved refunds through the payment provider to the original payment method where supported. We will tell you when a refund has been processed; the time for it to appear depends on the payment provider and bank. We do not charge a fee to request the first-payment refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights. If applicable law provides a longer period or additional remedy, that law applies.
